Never use Telkom Mobile

4x weeks, 5x phone calls, 2x visits to the shop. I am still waiting for my ITC number. My insurance will not pay out for my ****** phone due to the complete incompetence of telkom. If one more consultant promises me that i will receive it within the hour i think i will have a heart attack. I will NEVER recommend Telkom mobile to anyone.
