I CANNOT believe the inadequacy of Telkom. They have suspended our internet account because of a billing error on THEIR side. Refusing to un-suspend it until we pay the outstanding amount, which is a ridiculous amount and an ERROR ON THEIR SIDE. I am going to have to get my lawyer involved with this.

Never use Telkom. They do not contact you, they do not care.
