Never use Telkom for anything

I will never use Telkom again, after asking for a Wifi contract to be cancelled, contract was never cancelled and I was billed to the point where I was debited almost R5000 for the account. Nobody at Telkom can find a recording or any proof of this cancellation request. There wont be a recording or reference number if they did not do their job. Now I am being told that they cant do anything about this as they have no proof. Guess a company that makes millions a month doesn't care about their customers at all.
