NEVER use Telkom

Recently moved our business over to a VIOP phone, after Telkom told us to move, it's been over a week and the phone cannot receive calls. Been talking to customer care for over a week, had a technician come in and been sending emails but still nothing is resolved or even explained. I would NEVER recommend Telkom to anybody. Telkom is highly overpriced and their service is pathetic.
