Never use Telkom

After 2 years of contract with good and bad service days i requested to finalise my contract with Telkom, now running in a month to month system. Everything was submitted and my notice month started October 12, 2019 and should finish Nov 12. To my surprise on Oct 17, 2019 my sevices were cancelled and after many phone calls nobody know why was cancelled a week after my submission and now they say that will take 21 day to reinstate my services that are supposed to be cancelled in 30 days. So thank you Telkom for making it very clear for me that I should not used your services ever again and thank you for leaving me with landline or internet until i get a new service provider.
