Never use Telkom as your ISP

If I could give zero stars I would. Telkom does not operate like an ISP. Customer Service is a third party call centre with zero understanding of the ISP business. You rely on the person on the other end of the line to log your fault correctly with Telkom (cannot do this directly) And they more often than not; do not log your faults correctly. One week with zero phone or internet service and zero feedback from 'technicians' that are supposed to contact me. Now apparently the issue is due to cable theft... I am on the only person on my street experiencing issue... seems fishy.
