NEVER USE TELKOM!!!

Never, ever, in my life will I use TELKOM again. They are useless and cannot deliver a service. I closed my account in November 2016 and they continued to bill me. After numerous follow-ups and cancelling it AGAIN I still got told I owe them money. Now I got thrown in the debt-collecting dungeon and threatened that my credit rating will be negatively affected if I do not pay, despite all my communications and proof of cancellations. Complain to TELKOM? We've spent hours and hours on the phone to them. If you are lucky you get through to someone, only to find out they cannot help you and you get bumped to someone else (if your call is not dropped). Then they tell you to send all the information to some email address and it will be sorted. You do and never hear from them again till you get your next bill and threatened with your good credit rating. Then you do the above again. And then you get handed to lawyers. NEVER USE TELKOM!
