Never trust telkom agents

An agent called me asking to renew my contract. The only condition i accepted the offer on was that if she confirms that the devise is in stock and will be delivered within 7 days. Now it’s been a month, I haven’t received my device. Contacted the office ; they don’t have the stock. Agent who called me is not even responding to my emails.
