Never telkoms fault and talking to clients like they idiots

Every now and again my internet dies and is not working for an hour or 2. It takes longer than that to get a hold of telkom firstly. Secondly once you get hold they talk to you like you know nothing, as if you swiched it of and never turned it back on again. When I log into my app it show me I have no services with Telkom. When you start getting angry with them and ask if they have the money you pay laying around for ****s and giigles you are using vulgar language and they put the phone down in your ear and when you ask to speak to a manager they are never around to speak to you. Everything I check points to the problem at Telkom but Vumatel always gets blamed. It feels like you have to start pulling telkom people over a counter and drag them to your house maybe then some service will be given out of fear or something drastic like than before you get service.
