Never take up device insurance through Telekom underwritten by Finite. Worse service and inefficient team!

After recently claiming through insurance with Finrite I immediately canceled the insurance due to the fact that I was charged R500 excess that was never disclosed, I was never sent the policy wording and never signed anything with regards to insurance for my phone. I was also messed around with the delivery of my new phone, I was given 5 different dates and made numerous phone calls to sort this problem out. At the end of it all I decided to just cancel the insurance as I was not going to be messed around again. So after canceling the insurance in October 2017 I hv still been debited for the month of November, December, January and again this month. I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to get this problem sorted and I am constantly told that the insurance is canceled yet I'm still being billed month after month.
