Never take out a contract by telkom

If I could give 0 stars I would. most unprofessional, most arrogant, the customer service agents does not look like they can count till 10, they truly have no education.

I tried cancelling my contract, they basically refusing to, I tried requesting to speak to a manager they lie on the call as I spoke to 4 different agents but apparently all managers are busy?

I tried raising a complaint they refuse to do this and send me with an email after already losing my trust.

Honestly they just pathetic, no basic customer service in getting matters resolved as soon as possible or even just taking accountability for what they have done and what I have to pay for.

I will never recommend telkom to anyone unless you want them to ***** your money because that is all they do, *****, *****, poor connections especially because I paid for a 20mb line but I swear it runs at 1 mb, they are just so poor honestly.
