Never take out a business package with Telkom

I have taken out a business VOIP package and cannot activate my pH which I received days ago. I called the call centre for the past 2 days waisting all my airtime and no one can help me. I've been transferred from one department to another back and forth and agents dropping my calls. I am a new business customer and never imagined that a multi million rand company cannot help me with a small request to get my line activated. This is pathetic.
