Never take any contract with TELKOM

I wouldn’t advise anyone to take mobile contract with Telkom.

They have been charging penalties every month. They expect me to pay on the last day of the month and also on the 15th of every month.

Last month, I received a call from their debt collectors and I asked them how can they expect payment before the last day of the month as agreed on our binding contract.

I made my last payment on the 31st of May, but my statement is saying I need to make another payment on the 15th of June 2024 and if I decide not to pay and to wait for month end, they going to charge me penalty fees again for late payment 🥹…

I have tried to resolve this issue but no luck.
