Never take a cotract with TELKOM!!!

I took a cellphone contract with telkom in 2018 it was a 24 months contract and its 2023 now they're still deducting my money.

Where i am staying there's no Teliom shop near by, I've been trying to cancel for the past years and everytime i call they'll tell me to pay a certain amount then email the proof of payment...i don't know how many times i have done that and i dont know what to do now. Last month i went to my bank to reverse my money and tried to stop the debit order this month they debited double..
