Never take a contract with Telkom

I have been trying to cancel the telkom contract for the past 2 months. A wrong cellpnone was delivered and it was a mission to have them collect it, eventually they did. I them started being billed for the very same phone and received statements of the calls I made but never even opened or activated that simcard. I calles the number and it belongs to another woman and she has had it for a while. I called them to enquire but every time I call them for a follow-up, they always tell me to call after 24 to 48 hours. This is honestly my worst experience.
