NEVER TAKE A CONTACT WITH TELKOM

2016 I took a contract with this nonsense company and I regret everyday of my life. After a year and four months my services was cut and when I called them they say that one of their employees cancelled a contract by mistake.

Human beings can make mistakes, what really got in my behind was when they told me their system doesn't allow them to fix the mistake I have to initiate a new contract.

I didn't. But months later I received a message saying my new contract has been activated, which I never requested.

When I call them I get no answers.

In the meantime, I'm unemployed and companies check credit record before they employ individuals. They have handed my details to debt collecting company for collection.
