Never supporting you again

I had an account with telkom for a year Firstly the always took the money from my account on the wrong day then when the money is not there they want to charge me a rejection fee when they deducted on the wrong date

A lady called me to ask if i want to migrate my sim to get more data and free min for only R50 extra a month now all of a sudden i find out that she did an early upgrade on my device and i now have to pay over R5000 and if i dont pay i will get black listed for a mistake they made i am utterly disappointed truly
