never sign contract with telkom

very bad service I have contract with Telkom and my installment is R299. I took from Telkom at Claremont out side Cavendish mall every month they deduct different amount ,I regret the day I sign the contract with Telkom ,PLEASE DO NOT EVER SIGN CONTRACT WITH TELKOM !! they are ****mers each and every time when I go to branch at Claremont out side manger is not available she is the one who assisted me but now she is not available .
