NEVER RECOMMEND TELKOM OR *** TO anyone

So Once again, Telkom is worst than Eskom, I have done a contract upgrade with Warren Tuohy - ***, and what happened was he added 3 additional lines to my house, Telkom refuses to cancel the contract as I need to provide them with Notice, and settle the account. once again we are dealing with *********** personnel as surly an upgrade VS a new contract is 3 different things???
