Never recieved any help from this place

<p>Telkom maponya mall consultants are on cruise mode.. Where do i begin? Cause everything there is judt a joke.. When you get in.. No one assists u or directs you to the right place..theres chairs inside and u never know if it a queue or people are just sitting... When u sit there u realise that modt of there people are just sitting there waitibg for their friends...No order at all... First time i was there i wanted to buy data, they couldnt sell it to me cause i have 5sim cards with telkom, the lady put me on the line with customer service and they told me she should be able to assist me, they asked me to put her on the line but she didnt want to, i ended up leaving without buying... Yesteday i went to buy data again, they said i cant buy cash because the person who used the system that takes cash they dont know where he/she went.... I was then asked to go and buy data at pep and come back so they can load the data on the system..i did that... I got rid of the slip trusting that they loaded it... When i got home to connect my wifi.. I recieve out of bundle message....***d up service from Maponya telkom</p>
