Never received the power bank

I upgraded on the 27th of August 2017. I took the 2G free me special on the samsung J7 and the special was that I should get a power bank with it....needless to say I am still waiting. It has been 3 months. Now they say it was only while stocks lasts. That was not what the dpecial was. I want my power bank
