NEVER RECEIVED MY LTE FROM TELKOM

Very bad service Telkom rhaaa sies, I bought LTE yesterday via Standard bank Ussd to this number *** till today day never received my LTE I want my money back R250. 00 you send me sms with a ref number regarding with a delay (ref MR00s5403K) I was calling them whole day no assistance, they tell me they aware about processing delay. What a **** Telkom and this is not the 1st time sies.
