Never received device

Please credit all the invoices on my name and clear my credit record! I never received the LTE internet device, but I am still being billed from January. It's been 11 months later and MANY MANY complaints, telephone calls, reversed debit orders, bank charges of over R500.00 to reverse debit orders I had to pay for and a LOT of time and tears. I demand my account be cleared and credit record corrected!!!!!
