Never received a callback or email after applying for a cellphone contract

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for a cellphone contract on the 25th April 2017 with still no feedback, i called the call centre on the 28th april and now on the 2nd of may. The first consultant i spoke to did not try to help me at all and the consultant i spoke today advised me that someone will call me today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help as i am now getting irritated. Atleast email me so I can advise when to call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never get any response and its past 24 to 48 hours</p>
