NEVER PURCHASE LAPTOP WITH TELKOM

Good Day . My Name is Vuyi Mfula, i took a laptop Acer on contract with Telkom Cresta mall in Johannesburg in April 2021. Since i received the gadget i haven't used it because its SUPER SLOW and i returned it back . A Telkom consultant at the store aggressively told me that it is not their fault and i should take it up with the manufacturer. I told the person that i can not do that because i dont have a contract with them and till to date i am paying for something that is not usable. From the experience i received from Telkom i would advice people not to ever take a risk and buy something on contract with Telkom. They will regret it. I returned the laptop within its warranty .
