never port your number before checking if your contacts will be able to call you.

good day I have ported my number last year already, my sister has been unable to contact me ever since, she get a voice note: the number you have dialed does not exists . I have not been able to receive calls from some off my contacts . I have reported the matter at festival mall on 24/12/18 ref: ********** 7. was informed that it is a common problem ,due to the fact that i ported my cell phone number - my case was closed without receiving feedback. logged two more cases, received feedback via email that I must check my device setting or test with a different, which I have done , still not able to receive calls .I have used MTN, CELL and FNB mobile and I have not encountered such problems. sad thing off all is I am on contract I cant change this network. would like some help regarding this matter
