Never move over to Telkom

Telkom is terrible. I requested a sim swap 3 weeks ago. It still hasn't been done. When I go into the store, they tell me to call 081180. When I call that number they tell me to go into a store. This is ridiculous. Never move to Telkom. Their service is pathetic. I am loosing business and they don't care in the least.
