NEVER MIND THE NEVER ENDING ISSUES - IT TAKES WEEKS TO SORT IT OUT!!!

<p>Our main business line is down ONCE AGAIN. a fault was logged on 24/06/2016 122CRZ240616 for line ********** 370. I then received a sms and a call on Sa****ay 25/6/2016 stating that the line was restored. Of course it wasnt. Its an ongoing thing with Telkom if they do fix it, they break another line (this is from experience) or they dont fix it at all.</p> <p>Please can someone get this sorted out ASAP as we need to line to run our business.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
