Never knew Telkom sucks in Customer Service, another parasite for peoples money! Sies

Had been a Telkom customer for several years never knew they will send a person from pillar to post when changing products or cancelling one lousy product that's not even generating business revenue for them. I cancelled one of my products with Telkom and 3 months down the line they are still billing me. Called their customer care those dumb consultants still preach "its takes 21 days to clear" really after 3 months I am still getting the same ****ty line. Now its been remixed to No we have high volume of emails to go through!!

How many resources does it take Telkom to answer bunch of mails within 2 months? well your guess is as good as mine. maybe I should just ****en reverse all their debit orders and let them call me for a change these blood sucker..
