Never Join Telkom Mobile

<p>I ordered an iphone 6 in November 2016 and telkom debited R449 from my bank acc. A week later, no stock and they can't deliver. I asked for a refund and it's been 4 months of escalating to the so called "Back Office". Now they tell me they had a "Black out" end of Feb and can't see the payment I made. I sent them proof of payment but they don't give a **** to respond or rectify the problem. The call centre staff is rude all the time and their head office number (012) ********** rings for hours on end. Now they are threatening to disconnect my service if I don't pay up and list me on ITC! I appeal to people, please NEVER take a contract with Telkom mobile, they will always stress you with billing issues and blacklisting you for their incompetence!</p>
