Never insure your device with Telkom

I insured my device with Telkom and more then a year later, multiple calls and emails, there are still ********ly debiting my account. My credit score is down the mad because of this. I even have a confirm email, that the insurance was canceled in June 2024 but they still debit. What crazy service is this?
