Never in my life!
Never in my life have I seen such PATHETIC people. Our wifi and landline has been down for about 2/3 weeks. We have reported the problem several times and there have been two technicians at my house and it still isn't fixed. The call centres are no help with bad attitudes. If I could go to anyone else I would. They are absolutely PATHETIC.
