Never have stock of the phone you want

Telkom mobile advertise all this new phones and for the third time now if I order one of the phones as advertised they don't have one in stock or they can only get a 16 gb but it is advertised from 16 gb up to 64 gb. Everytime my contract expires I have to take a hone I don't even want or a 16 gb that does not work for me because of telkom that never has stock of this new mobile devices they advirtised . I was due for an upgrade the 14 the of January I called two weeks in advance to get I rose gold I phone 6 plus for my wife and every week when I call them they only received stock of the I phone 6 16 gb again trying to force you to take once again a phone you don't want. I am going to write to the consumers regarding this matter because Telkom mobile advertise mobile phones they don't even have
