Never have i ever come across such an *********** company

<p>I am absolutely disgusted with the service i have been recieving from telkom. this whole year i have been more on the phone with them trying to sort out the internet than actually working, i am self employed so this impacts heavily on my business. we have a huawei lte that they advertise as the high speed wireless service but we are receiving 0.32 mbps download and 0.02 mbps upload , here is a link to the picture i took https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid= ********** ********** 673&set=a. ********** ********** 806. ********** 827. ********** 327&type=3&theater . we also have a 4mbps line that runs at 0.68 mbps. i highly suggest that a telkom agent contacts me before the end of the day , sorts out the problem and credits me for the months we have been having this problem. if he is not able to acheieve this in a day then the contracts must be cancelled </p>
