never had such pathetic service in my life

<p>this will be my 3rd complaint about telkom now, after the 1st 2 complaints about my landline not bieng active, telkom has now gona and given my landline number to someone else, when I call my old number other people whom i dont know answers the phone, reference number is:AI ********** , landline number ********** . I had really had it with Telkom now, I am elderly and ill and I have to beg them to fix this ongoing problem for a month now, and what do they go and do they go and fix it by giving my number to someone else and leaving me with now landline at all. and the agents on the chat line on the telkom website, is really unfriendly and unhelpful, they have no customer service etiquette at all, i have spoken to 4 of them already, I have 2 reference numbers already just by trying to sort this out this morning, I hope the world see this pathetic service:PMAkhonke Dumisani: The 305crz200616</p> <p> </p>
