NEVER get a Telkom landline!!!!!!

<p>I've had my Telkom landline for many years and used it regularly. But moved property and don't have a need for it anymore. But now have struggled since August 2016 to cancel my landline! I got the cancellation form off the internet, filled it in and emailed it back to them a couple of times but with no success. Called them to cancel, but they say they can't do it over the phone, but will escalate the matter. Nothing happened. Went into 3 different Telkom stores and spoke to managers there and then emailed them my original request so they could escalate the matter, but still nothing. Can't believe that it was so quick to sign on, but impossible to cancel the landline. Pathetic service on their part. Will urge EVERYONE to NOT EVER get a Telkom landline.</p>
