NEVER GET A CONTRACT PHONE WITH TELKOM

Been overcharged for things I don’t know about. My phone is now blocked yet payment is still going off everything. The branches aren’t helping either. They couldn’t even furnish a full statement when requested so I could understand why I’m being charged what I’m being charged currently.
