NEVER EVER USE TELKOM INSURANCE OR TELKOM AT ALL - WORST BAD TERRIBLE SERVICE

Customer services here is the worst!!!! I will never in my life ever recommend Telkom to anyone at all. They are affordable for nothing. My phone was ****** a week ago and there is no feedback whatsoever by the insurance as to the progress of the claim, no feedback has been provided to me and I am without a phone right now. They even deducted insurance money this month + the phone of which I dont even have at all. This is the last time I use Telkom no more contracts with them after this, I cannot wait till my contract gets done. I am paying insurance for past year with no missed payments but as soon as my phone was ****** there is no assistance from them at all even after claim was submitted multiple times via email.
