NEVER EVER USE TELKOM FOR ANYTHING!!!!

If 0 stars was an option that is what i would have selected.

The "i don't give a ****" attitude that they have even when you tell them you are going to cancel is astounding!

I have been trying to change my debit date for 3 months now and as a result i have gone into arrears. I have paid the arrears, however, they are not in anyway helpful with 1. Allocating the payments and 2. Turning my service back on.

I get billed random amounts which they suck from their thumbs and i have just about had it now.

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS
