NEVER EVER TAKE A TELKOM CONTRACT SERVICES THEY ARE ****MERS I took a WIFI contract of 529 October last year but up to this day they have never debited that amount. they debit any amount up to R1000, this is so pailful as I only had a budget for R529 and I asked the lady who was providing services so many times if they told me there's no extra charges , am working but sometimes my kids sleep without any meal because for Telkom I am left with not even a single cent in my Bank account, I have reported this since from October but there is no help they giving me empty promises if I promise not to pay they tell that they will Black list me . What have I done to deserve this my heart is bleeding this is so painful; I still have many months to finish this Contract they have ****med me.
