Never ever signing up to anything with Telkom

Very poor service from Telkom. I have cancelled my telephone line on the 3rd of december 2020 but yet telkom is still billing me and my account currently in the minus because of this.

I called telkom the end of november to cancel and i was told they offline i must call back the next day in which i did and i couldnt get through to anyone. I then went online and cancelled it there on the 3rd of December.

I called telkom yesterday and was told someone would give me a call back in which i have not received.
