Never ending telkom incompetence

I cancelled and paid my Telkom account in September 2020. I have called numerous times for a paid up account and cant get one. The telkom accounts department is absolutely pathetic. Reason for cancelling was bad customer service and over billing. Can I please get a paid up letter.
