Never ending cycle of trying to end your contract with telkom

Why must a pay another month when my contract ended 2 july? I am on prepaid. Please fix your mess and stop exploiting money out of your customers. I am not even using your services. But i must pay you. Im not a contract holder with you anymore. I will not pay another month!
