Never ending contracts

I have been dealing with Telkom for the last two years. I got fed up with the lack of basic admin s****s and quite frankly shocking customer service. BECAUSE of the this I cancelled my contract 2years ago. I have had to go in to n1 City branch on several occasions to cancel my contract over and over. When I get there I get referred to different staff members and no one is competent to help. I then cancelled it online as instructed to do but now 2years later I'm handed over Blake and associates. To which I spoke to Marlene who was unhelpful and exceptionally rude!

I beg of you who read this review. Please do not use Telkom
