Never do contract with Telkom

In February this year I ordered online a Samsung galaxy note 10 lite on contract with Telkom. The application was approved and Telkom ran a test a debit order and deducted R599 from my bank account. I never received the device and according to Telkom the shipping company couldn't deliver because they couldn't find my address.(This despite having a telkom landline and adsl at this address) After 2 weeks of waiting, I phoned Telkom to cancel this contract since I couldn't receive the device and the agent confirmed the contract was cancelled. I went on to ask for a refund of the 'test' debit order and has been taken from pillar to pole since..3 months down the line I'm yet to receive my refund
