Never do business with Telkom!!

I had an account with Telkom two years back. I went into the Telkom store at Wonderboom Junction to cancel the contract. Everything was signed and as usual they were offline but told me that they would send me the confirmation of the cancelled contract. Today I received an e-mail informing me that I owe them R10 000 for the contract that I cancelled two years back. I was so unhappy with their service that is why I cancelled the contract to start with and now they want to hand me over to attorneys for a service I haven't been receiving. I went to the Telkom at Wonderboom Junction to try and resolve the matter and guess what, they are off line. WHAT A SHOCKER!!!
