NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH TELKOM.

Had an account with them from 2***, paid every month the same amount. Gave them a month notice to cancel my account in Jan 2020. They confirmed that after the last payment they will cancel, and they did. Now there is an arrears in that account. NEVER have I received any account whatsoever. They are ********* AND PLAINLY ROBBING PEOPLE. Their staff is rude and UNHELPFUL. Will advise EVERYONE Not to do business with them.
