Never deal with Telkom the most unreliable and useless company in this country. They promise service within seven days nearly a month and a half later nothing has happened, so what do we do and where do we go to get help?

What a bunch of useless idiots you’ve got a deal with. I’m now waiting 6 to 7 weeks for their so-called Vumatel to install. my Wi-Fi it has been since March when I called to say I had no telephone line and they said they’ve cut the copper cabling and I must use the Wi-Fi system. I registered and did all the paperwork that was needed and I heard nothing. I’m at least nearly 2 months without any service or any Wi-Fi. What kind of an organization is it? I don’t think they even have a CEO anymore, they are just so useless and we know from our flat where we live that vumatel is a totally useless company. Everybody here is complaining that they don’t have Wi-Fi from Vumatel I received an invoice for the month of April and I had no service whatsoever no Wi-Fi and no landline now in my way of thinking being of ******* background this is theft and they can be taken to court for this. How come South Africa has so many useless government departments and nobody does anything there must be another way of dealing with this matter. Maybe somebody can suggest an alternative to Telkom because I’ve had enough of Telkom and all the promises and the messages that they technicians are on the way to come install it and weeks later nothing I’m interested in other peoples comments to this .
