Never deal with Telkom ever

I had the misfortune of dealing with a Telkom telesales person. I very stupidly agreed to Telkom sending me a pocket router and sim for use whilst on the road. Two weeks later a parcel arrived and it was the incorrect item. I received a office router instead of the pocket router. I have tried calling them, emailing them and even visiting a Telkom store in order for them to rectify the situation. The walk in store says not their problem. The telesales people say not their problem. I guess I am stuck with this situation.
