NEVER CONSIDER TELKOM CONTRACTS, THEY NEVER GET CANCELED!!!

Telkom has the worst service ever!

I took a contract of SmartBroadband wireless 10GB which was originally R99 in 2021 with a duration of 24 months. After 24 months, it increased to R105.00 and I No longer needed their poor service so I canceled and advised I want it to be canceled IMMEDIATELY! The following month I was then debited after having canceled, they debited the R105.00 which I canceled prematurely! I reversed the debit order as I'm with another service provider, They are busy trying to debit R309, I do not know how did it move from R105 to R309 which is not even 50% of what I had already canceled!

Telkom has poor services with their network and when it comes to cancelation, it never happens!! I have previously working for Telkom and I thought the clients were being ridiculous! Now I have experienced the poor service and it's a SHAME and disgusting at the same time.

NEVER CONSIDER TELKOM!!!
